Address: Vööri tn 2 (Logi tn 8/10), Tallinn, Estonia
Five residential buildings at the beach territory in the central part of Tallinn make up one monumental whole, which from the sea can seem to be a rocky seacoast. Inspired by intensive ship traffiic in the Port of Tallinn, buildings have, in a dynamic language of forms, a view of ocean liners, thereby justifying their common name “Fleet”.
Proximity of beautiful passenger port, city hall and city centre has influenced architectural solution, in which inseparable connection of glass and metal is very well combined with surroundings. Historical part of the old town with Town Hall Square is located just within the distance of 800 meters from the “FLEET” complex.
Promenade adjoining the “FLEET” complex comes out into the sea and is constructed in two levels: it is divided into upper and lower level for walking. Lower level of the promenade is a connecting plateau of all five buildings, where there are also located commercial areas. Upper walking level of the promenade is located at the height of 2,5 meters, and the lower level only at 1,5 meters above the sea level.
Five six-storey buildings include 623 apartments, to which commercial areas are added, including restaurants,
cafes, trading premises and yacht-club. From all apartments of the “FLEET” complex there is a fantastic view at the old town or at the sea, which at any season of the year is always beautiful.
In the parking area of the complex there are provided heated parking places specially for cars of residents of the “FLEET” complex.
